“When we decided we were going to adopt we tried to start the confusing process on our own. After a month of getting nowhere we decided to inquire to Hello Baby, they were phenomenal. I truly believe we wouldn’t have gotten through the process without them. The first initial phone call was with Amy, she took the time to answer all my questions and was extremely helpful. Once we signed on with Hello Baby we were assigned to work with Kelly Keen, I cannot say enough good things about Kelly. She was the kindest, sweetest person to help assist us through the process. Kelly was extremely responsive through the entire process. Hello Baby is extremely organized, separating each “step” in the process to “phases”. Each phase you are given a clear list of all proper documents and information needed. Part of the stress was figuring out who to use for a home study and which agencies to apply to since there are so many! They provided detailed recommendations for agencies to complete home studies, adoption agencies, and profile books. I truly believe if we did not work with HelloBaby, we would still be waiting to be placed with a baby. We signed on in May, home study was completed in late October and we were placed with a baby born case less than 1 month from being home study approved! We also were shocked by the amount of cases that were sent to us through Hello Baby. I would highly recommend and could not have done it without them!”
