“Hello Baby has been a godsend for us. We have been a waiting family to adopt for some time, with our profile going live in 2019 shortly before COVID. During the years of 2020, 2021, and 2022, COVID really prevented adoptions from happening. In 2022, the agency that we were working with closed down our state's infant adoption program. We felt somewhat hopeless about the prospects and decided that we would do a final push for adoption, and if it did not happen, then we would be at peace with where we were.

We decided that we would hire an adoption consultant. I researched multiple consultants and interviewed three. Hello Baby, and Amy, stood out to us as a great match for what we were looking for in an adoption consultant. One of the things that we appreciated so much was that this is a consultant who does not hand you off to an agency upon a match. Many other consultants will basically pass you off, insisting that their duties were done. Once we were matched with an expectant mom, she continued to walk with us through placement and post-placement.

Amy was always available for questions. She is also very straightforward, which I appreciate she does not sugarcoat things, but you know that she has your best interest at heart when she is telling you the answers to your questions.

We are so grateful that we hired Hello Baby and were able to work with Amy. We had almost given up hope, but Amy told us to keep pushing since we still had a contract open with them. Soon after, we were matched with an expectant mom and brought home our daughter in December. Amy continues to encourage us and just checked in to make sure that we are doing okay in the post placement and is always available for questions.
